Return and refund policy

POLICY

We have a 7-day return policy, which means that you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return at your own expense.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unopened and unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Items returned without a return request will not be accepted.

Damage and problems

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and remedy it by sending you a return label.

Exchanges

Lhe fastest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return has been accepted, make a separate purchase for a new item.

14-day cooling-off period in the European Union

Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days at your own expense. As above, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you as soon as we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If the refund is approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 working days. Please bear in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund. If it has been more than 15 working days since your return was approved, please contact us at contact@tamaracoiffure.com.
