1. Processing times

All orders are processed within 2 working days of validation. In the case of high order volumes, minor delays may occur, but we will keep you informed by email.

2. Delivery methods and times

We offer several delivery options:

🇨🇭 SWITZERLAND: Delivery by La Poste PostPac Economy with tracking numbers: 3 days

🇪🇺 EUROPE: Delivery throughout the European Union via Colissimo with tracking number and signature. 4 to 8 days

🌍 INTERNATIONAL: Worldwide delivery with Colissimo to Asia, Oceania, America and Africa with tracking number. 5 to 15 days

4. Delivery charges

Shipping costs are calculated automatically when the order is placed and depend on :
Destination.
Package weight and dimensions.

5. Order tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number enabling you to follow your parcel in real time.

6. Delivery problems

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 cheeks with photos attached to resolve the problem quickly.

In the event of loss or delay, you must contact the carrier directly, giving the tracking number.
