Sweeping Routine - Maintaining and preserving your sweep

The consumer is entitled to withdraw from the contract by returning the ordered products to the sender (at his own expense) within 7 days of receipt of the goods. Only devices are guaranteed for one year. No justification for the return of the order is necessary. The revocation must be sent to :

The purchase price will be refunded to the customer immediately upon receipt of the goods.

Products are sent and transported by Swiss Post to the delivery address indicated by the customer during the order process. Delivery in Switzerland and abroad. The price of delivery will always be indicated before your final payment.

- Unless special conditions are specified when the order is confirmed, delivery times may vary from 2 to 8 working days. An estimate of the delivery time is always given in the item description and in the order confirmation you will receive by e-mail.

- Tamara Coiffure & Barbier undertakes to inform the customer in the event of any significant delay in delivery or unavailability of a product. The company cannot be held liable for any compensation in this respect.

- The cost of delivery is indicated in the "basket" section and is subject to customer approval before each order is validated. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense and must be paid prior to return.

- Tamara Coiffure et Barbier is not responsible for the theft of merchandise once it has been deposited by the Post Office. Upon delivery of the goods or their deposit in front of the customer's home, the profits and risks (in particular of theft, deterioration by third parties, bad weather) are transferred to the customer.
